Monitoring for Ovulation
What is it: Using ultrasounds and lab work to track cycle and pinpoint ovulation.
Who it is for: Patients just starting fertility treatment, couples trying timed intercourse, those wanting more insight into their cycle.
Benefits: Non-invasive, personalized timing guidance, help maximize chances naturally.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
What is it: A procedure that places prepared sperm directly into the uterus around time of ovulation.
Who it is for: Couples facing mild male factor infertility or unexplained infertility.
Benefits: Less invasive than IVF, higher success rates than timed intercourse, more cost effective.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
What is it: Eggs are retrieved, fertilized in the lab, and embryos are subsequently transferred into the uterus.
Who it is for: Patients with blocked Fallopian tubes, genetic conditions, advanced maternal age, diminished ovarian reserve, severe male factor infertility, or those that have not had success with other treatments.
Benefits: Highest success rates, allows for pre-implantation testing, and embryo banking for future pregnancies.

Dr. Mosher is a board-eligible OB/GYN with a special interest in fertility care. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the journey to parenthood with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique goals. She earned her medical degree from The University of Kansas and completed her OB/GYN residency at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, where she served as chief resident for the program’s inaugural class. Dr. Mosher is proud to be part of the Blue Sky Fertility team, where she is dedicated to supporting patients every step of the way.
